My clients question what already exists and are ready for change. Because I want my clients to become visible with their ideas and strengths, to take responsibility and thus go through life happier and more fulfilled.

So I encourage you to trust yourself. Whatever it is you need trust for, you know what it is. Even if it is buried so deep sometimes, we will find out what wants to get out of you. It doesn’t matter whether you come to me alone or as part of a team.

You don’t always need to roll backwards for this. It’s about understanding yourself and acting accordingly.

 

For me, coaching means professional support on the way to your own answers. It won’t be a walk or a coffee party, it’s work and the chance to get into action.

Team Coaching

In team coaching, my main aim is to accompany you in your individual process. I see myself primarily as a process facilitator and team coach, ready for whatever comes next.

In doing so, I use my systemic facilitator and team coaching training, in which I was able to deal primarily with New Work process support, group dynamics, communication, conflict resolution and resilience in the team.

In addition, I use the basics of Organizational Relationship and Systems Coaching (ORSC) as well as my years of experience as lead of own teams.

Main focus:

  • Purpose and values in teams and organizations
  • Working in virtual teams
  • Dealing with different team phases (Tuckman phase model)
  • Design of communication and feedback culture
  • Use of typologies
  • Dealing with conflicts
