What makes my coaching special?

Trauma-sensitive, holistic and resource-oriented

The child doesn't always need a name ...

"It's about understanding and accepting yourself better"

"It´s about understanding and accepting yourself better."

"It's about understanding and accepting yourself better"

My clients question the status quo and are ready for change. But they reach their limits, realize that they cannot implement the desired change or are overwhelmed by the complex environment in which they operate. Often they have already tried a few things, but don’t get any further.

I help them to strengthen their self-awareness and ability to lead themselves. It’s about understanding and accepting yourself better, recognizing patterns of action and gently integrating inner resistance in order to be able to live a self-determined life.

For me, coaching is the opportunity to accompany the individual process of my clients at their own pace, to keep the space for valuable development work and to offer resource-rich perspectives professionally and sensitively.

For me, coaching means professional support on the way to your own answers. It won’t be a walk or a coffee party, it’s work and the chance to get into action.

Individual Coaching

I work as a certified Co-Active® coach and with my further training in trauma-sensitive coaching with a holistic coaching approach. Both top-down (via awareness and cognitive understanding) and bottom-up (with the body). It is important for me to include the entire nervous system and thus be able to access information stored in our body’s memory. This makes it possible to recognize and integrate early belief systems, imprints and attitudes that block change processes for good reason. Among other things, through the conscious strengthening of self-regulation skills.

I put people with their values, needs and wishes for a fulfilled life into the center of the coaching process. It’s not about your problems, but rather about recognizing and experiencing your own potential and resources in order to be able to approach the challenges gently.

Tools and approaches:

  • Ego State Coaching
  • Nervous system and body work
  • Resource work
  • Experience different perspectives and options
  • Imagination / meditation
  • Embodiment, mirroring
  • Working with values, needs and visions
  • Intuition, powerful questions, active listening
