As a manager, I have accompanied several team transformation processes. I wanted to be there for my team and create space – if there weren’t the constant pressure of time and results that would often hold me back inside.

As a team member I wanted to bring in my strengths and a harmonious, successful cooperation – if there weren’t the other team members who did it longer or differently and had no time to do something new. 

Teams bring with them a very special dynamic that is and remains a challenge for everyone involved.

I accompany you as a trained, systemic team coach, as a co-founder of a start-up and with my experience as a manager in the highly dynamic agricultural trade.
