The individual Coaching-Program for leaders and future leaders who want to lead themselves and others with joy!
"Leadership affects us all, regardless of our position."
At its core, it’s always about leadership. Your ability to lead yourself (self-leadership), your ability to lead others (employee leadership) or your ability to be led (led by others). Depending on the organizational environment in which you operate in, the interaction of the three types of leadership differs.
Our world out there has become complex and incomprehensible. A deep change is close, the environment in which we operate is highly uncertain and without familiar orientation. Organizations are looking for the right balance between self-leadership, employee leadership and the ability to be led by others, and in doing so turn a lot of things upside down.
A new interaction between different leadership dimensions requires new inner competencies of each individual. It is often about employees who are supposed to take more responsibility and to act more independently. However, this degree of increasing self-leadership for some and decreasing employee leadership for others does not happen overnight, but is connected with the learning of inner competencies (empathy, meta-reflection, ability to deal with conflict, self-awareness and others).*
And that’s where I come in with my leadership coaching!

And that's what my clients say
It was through coaching that I first understood what my authentic leadership style entails.
The higher I climbed the career ladder , the more dissatisfied I became and the more sleepless my nights became.
On the one hand, there was increasing pressure to be more creative, to push my own ideas and give employees more freedom to make decisions. On the other hand, I felt like I was being led more and more from the outside without understanding where we were actually going. The demand for self-leadership was greater than the organizational framework allowed.
Coaching opened my eyes. I became more aware of my strengths and imprints and understood that I had a great desire for autonomy, but that I was all my life busy fulfilling the expectations of others. I went beyond my own limits for many years and didn’t even notice it.
With the clarity came my courage to be myself and to show myself. My strength – don’t just think about it, act accordingly! Result? Freedom, a life that feels right to me. Professionally, for me it meant leaving my job, but for others it can be a fulfilling new start in a company.
