Equipping people and organizations to be able to transform and to make a difference. For a sustainable and respectful future!
Do you know that?
You want to do things differently, but somehow no one is going along with you
People feel unsure of what they can do and what they cannot do
You are missing leadership and clarity
When it comes to change, everyone looks carefully at the ground
Only few team members are aktively involved
You struggle to find new team members
"The complexity of the business environment requires internal skills that have not been in demand for decades."
As an economist, I meanwhile smile when I look at economic models. They have not been able to depict our society and our economic system in all its complexity for a long time.
Instead, our world requires inner skills that have not been in demand for decades and, on the contrary, were even not desired.
Self-leadership, empathy, the ability to deal with conflict, agile decision-making, emotional leadership, meta-reflection and so on. The catalog of inner competencies has become long, teams and organizations are understandably overwhelmed, because after all, business has to continue.
What you need now
- A map – where do you stand, where do you want to go, which form of organization and which leadership style is helpful for you?
- Time to go through a development process
- Rooms in which your team members have the courage to show themselves authentically and to dare something new.
I create space for you! With individual team coaching, you benefit from my neutral support when things get rocky and uncomfortable.
Potential topics
You will benefit the most from my support if you have the desire to examine change processes more closely and if you are ready to give space for the deeper team dynamics and individual processes.
Team Development
- Why are you needed as a team? What is it that drives you?
- How can you use your strengths even better?
- How can you identify needs among each other?
- Which values are important to you?
- What do you need to handle tension?
- How do you communicate with each other?
New Work und Change Management
- What is your first step towards New Work?
- What is driving your desire for a change in the team?
- How should your bridge between old and new corporate world look like?
- How can you redefine roles?
- Which understanding of leadership do you want to establish?
- How do you give feedback in your team?
- How do you strengthen personal responsibility in the team?

Why with me?
I know the challenge of teamwork! I have often failed and learned from it.
As a leader, I have accompanied several team transformation processes. I wanted to be there for my team and create space – if there weren’t the constant pressure of time and results that would often hold me back inside.
As a team member I wanted to bring in my strengths and a harmonious, successful cooperation – if there weren’t the other team members who did it longer or differently and had no time to do something new.
Teams bring with them a very special dynamic that is and remains a challenge for everyone involved.
I accompany you as a trained, systemic team coach, with my experience as a co-founder of a start-up and as a manager in the highly dynamic agricultural trade.
Playful, curious, critical and with clarity!

My teamcoaching philosophy and methods
In team coaching, my main concern is to accompany team processes within the framework of organizational development. The general organizational goal and the inner maturity of the company and team members determine the individual process, in which self-leadership, external leadership, tensions and roles are often the main focus.
In terms of methodology, I draw on my systemic team coaching and facilitator training, my further training in Theory U with Otto Scharmer and my knowledge of trauma dynamics. In addition, I use my many years of experience as a leader of own teams.
Tools and approaches:
- Types of organizations and individual skill needs
- Values and purpose in teams and organizations
- Self-leadership – being led
- dealing with tension
- Theory U, Liberating Structures, nonviolent communication, typologies, New Work methods, meta-reflection, perspectives, meditation and visualization
